Returns/ Refund Policy
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from delivery, this resolution applies if;
- The item does not fit you,
- You are not satisfied with the quality,
- Or, you have simply changed your mind.
The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs, as we don’t pay for any shipping. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Real Abstract will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
Real Abstract do not refund any shipping costs when you return your order.
If you choose to return your item, it must be sent back in the same condition you received it in.
Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan, Makeup, Pet hair/any hair or deodorant. All returns must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.
Unfortunately we're only able to accept returns back in the immaculate condition they were received in.
SALE items are non-refundable.

My item is faulty/lost
In the event you have received a faulty item or you have not received your parcel, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with the following information:
• Your order ID
• Which item is damaged
• A description of the fault/missing order/items
• Photographic evidence and an image of the dispatch note
We will then respond accordingly to rectify any faulty or lost item/s or parcel. Upon response from our Customer service team, failure to provide any information required within 14 working days will result in the case being closed.
Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of our customer care team, we cannot action a refund or replacement.
Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified as soon as possible.
